Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to current consumer rights legislation, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right to withdraw without giving any reason. To do so, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging and with all its accessories and labels.

Return of defective or incorrect products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you can request a full refund or replacement. In this case, 123shopy will cover the shipping costs for the return of the defective product, provided that you inform us within 7 calendar days of receiving the order. The products must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received.

To proceed with the return, please contact our customer service via email at support@123shopy.com . Once your request is received, we will send you instructions on how to return the product. The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product.
