Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current consumer rights legislation, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing any justification. To do so, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories and labels.

Return of defective or incorrect products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you can request a full refund or replacement. In this case, 123shopy will cover the shipping costs for returning the defective product, provided you notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the order. Products must be returned in the same condition as received.
